Our condo is located in the "La Fenice" complex, just a 7-minute walk from the city center. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed at the entrance, shown around the complex, and have any questions answered. The apartment is thoughtfully upgraded with top-quality appliances ( all from 2025), guaranteeing great and reliable functionality. A bright, fully equipped European-designed kitchen, with ceramic splashboard and quartz counter offers generous workspace, was installed in December 2025. Renovated bathroom, with washing machine. Quality furnishings, was carefully selected to make your stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable, reflecting a significant investment in every detail.

Entering through the front patio, you'll find our charming getaway condo in Las Terrenas. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, such as a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge, and freezer.

The living room features a cable Smary TV and a sofa bed that pulls out to accommodate up to 2 people. Extra bedding and pillows are provided.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a clothes rack, a mini safe for your valuables, and a smart TV.

Ceiling fans are installed in the private terrace, living room, and bedroom, while the bedroom also has an A/C unit.

Near the bathroom, you'll find a mini shelf for storage and a water cooler. The water cooler is full upon arrival, but you can purchase a refill at the reception for just 80 Dominican Pesos ($1.35 USD) if needed. You can also use the dryer at the reception for 150 Dominican Pesos ($2.50 USD).

The bathroom features a standing shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels for each guest. A washing machine is also available inside the bathroom.

On a sunny day, enjoy your private terrace or take a dip in one of the two pools. The beach is conveniently located just in front of the complex.
