Welcome to Casa Bella! This BEAUTIFUL 3800 square feet 4/5 bedroom & 4 1/2 bathrooms villa is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Los Nomadas, Las Terrenas - including a private entrance to one of the most highly rated beaches in the Dominican Republic, PLAYA COSON (1 MIN walk!). The neighborhood includes 24-7 SECURITY, and the house itself is positioned just off the beach front for your perfect tropical escape. There is a large, private, sparkling in-ground swimming pool with a swim platform!
Casa Bella is made up of the main villa which is all on one level with soaring ceilings. There is a separate Casita which has two queen beds, one on the second level. It is graced with Travertine stone floors and large open spaces. The main villa houses 3 of the 4 main bedrooms. The beds have comfortable toppers and pillows to enhance your sleep experience and screens on all the windows, a full home generator for your comfort should the town electricity be turned off and AC in all bedrooms.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, couch, large closet, ensuite bathroom and a door to the side covered Veranda.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, shelves with hanging space for clothes, and a door to the covered Veranda.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a lovely high ceiling & exposed stained beams. It also has an ensuite bathroom and shelves with hanging space for clothes.
BEDROOM 4
The 4th bedroom is in the Casita along with wooden steps to a mezzanine level. There are two queen beds, one on the main level and one up- Note there is no door that separates the upstairs bedroom from the main level bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom on the main level and shelves with hanging space for clothes.
The property has it’s own exquisite private swimming pool that is regularly maintained. It is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping with an array of lounge chairs around the pool & an outdoor seating area under the covered patio. On the patio there is also an outside dining table that will seat 10 along with 4 bar chairs at the counter of the kitchen pass through. There is a gas grill for you to cook outside for the perfect day barbecuing. On the side of the home there is a covered veranda that can be accessed from the outside but there are also doors for access from the primary bedroom & bedroom 2, Its a great place to have a massage! The masseuses will come to the villa and bring the massage table with them, there is enough room for couples massages and it is relatively inexpensive.
Inside you'll find a long dining table that seats 10. A great place to work if needed or use the quiet side porch. There is a spacious sitting area inside in front of the smart TV which is equipped with Netflix streaming. The Villa also has strong WIFI with extenders, so if you need to work during your holiday, you should have no problem at all.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and glasses you will need. There is a coffee maker and a blender for your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. A kettle for tea. The kitchen has everything you need including an oven, microwave, 5 burner cook top and a refrigerator/freezer. Shutters open upward to give great views of the pool from the kitchen and also enables the kitchen to be easily accessible for outside dining so your whole party can feel together even when in different spaces.
The cleaner will be by the property every other day to clean and maintain the villa. We can also assist you in booking a private chef for your stay, a yoga instructor to come by in the morning, or a masseuse (as previously mentioned) to ease you into your afternoon relaxation.
The Villa also has a generator so if the electricity in the town happens to go out, no worries the generator will kick in!
The property is less than 15 minutes by car to plenty of incredible restaurants ranging from chic Peruvian fusion, fresh French cuisine and homey Italian style foods. You can rent ATV's and golf carts to get around also. You can walk on the beach to the left to get to the Coson Bay Hotel or head the other direction to Playa Bonita for many great food options and afternoon drinks. Try your hand at surfing by the Mosquito Boutique hotel or relax in the bright turquoise waters for the views above the water or the snorkeling beneath!
If it’s a quick day trip you’re looking for, heading out from Fisherman's village you can get to the hidden beaches of Playa Jackson or Playa Escondida by boat, or if it’s a quick drive you’re looking for, head over to the incredible waterfall in Limon, unlike anything you’ve seen before! Take a cycling tour or From JAN-MARCH pop over to Samana bay for whale watching where they swim in to give birth. There are many great excursions through the tour companies.
