Please note that, like the majority of rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity costs are a separate charge. Upon checking in, our team will take note of the meter numbers, and verify again upon check-out. (15$ Dominican Pesos per KiloWatt/hour).

For example, 30 Kw/h per day is 450$ DOP, or about 7,95$ USD.

For security reasons, a picture of every guests ID will be asked before arrival (except children).

Also, we require our guests to let us know in advance how many vehicles they will be bringing. Please note that there is one parking space at the property and additional vehicles will need to remain at the residential complex's main entrance, near the security booth.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.

No loud noise or loud music.
Quiet hours of 8:00PM to 10:00AM must be observed.

All guests must follow pool rules as well. They are in display at the rooftop pool area.
