When the client arrived at the hotel and told us that the apartment had ants, we immediately offered him another apartment right next to it, totally the same as the one he already had. He refused and only said that he wanted to leave.Our hotel is not at fault because the client was the one who decided to leave and we cannot make any refund.We gave him a choice as soon as he told us that there were supposedly ants in the apartment, but his answer was NO.

Apartment was nice and looks just like the pics online. Clean, pool area was nice and clean as well. The front desk gentleman was very accommodating and pleasant. Location is walking distance from many dining options and beaches. Free breakfast included. Did not like the walk up to the 3rd floor with luggage but understandable given the hotel style. We were locked out of the entrance to the 3rd floor because the key card wasn't working, and there is no one in the ofc at night, it's closed. A security came to help, he was a little rude but eventually showed up with a key to let us in. Still had a great time, would recommend and stay there again.

the hotel is perfect for a short stay, beautiful, space, and location is perfect. the only problem I get, was the service at the breakfast, no friendly. it was only 4 tables, the lady doesn't smile, goodmorning and forgot my coffee, I asked 4 times until my boyfriend goes inside after see people who came after us and get the service before us. so after 1 hour I get my coffe but without sorry I'm apologize. service at the check in, perfect.

Hallway was extremely dark, the room view was not attractive, the jacuzzi was worn out but the front desk staff was attentive, the room decor and amenities were very good and the bed was comfortable.

El hotel está ubicado en la zona más céntrica de Las Terrenas, fácil de desplazarse a pie la playa (Las Ballenas o Punta Popy), a restaurantes, tiendas, bares y cafés. A unos 10 minutos hay supermercados, y una distancia de 15minutos en auto hacia playa Portillo o Playa Bonita. La habitación seleccionada (tipo apartamento) es muy espaciosa y bien equipada en la cocina. Lastimosamente uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionó (aunque nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación porque había disponibilidad). El desayuno incluido se toma en uno de los restaurantes de la plaza, y es variado y suficiente. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y bonitas.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Once we found the “Komida” app, we didn’t even have to leave the room to get food/drinks. The room is modern and secure. Loved this property.

The Puerto Plaza staff were very helpful. I had a problem using the online check in, but the desk clerk was patient and was able to sort it out. The only problem we had was that our stay was too short. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotellet var godt. Ikke et charmerende sted, men flot og lækkert. Dog lå det tæt på byen, så vi var generet af musik om natten, hvilket var et minus. Ligesom morgenmad, som der ikke var et stort udvalg af. Vi boede først på Colibri længere nede af stranden, som var meget bedre.

Beautiful hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Quite noisy though from outside. It was close to a lot of things and you could walk to some parts but we had a car so we drove and it was less than 10 min for everything.

Our room was large with a great kitchen living room and bedroom with an joining hot tub. In a great area, I would stay here again. The only problem was the water pressure in the hot tub was really slow, if I knew that I would have started the water a lot earlier, Great place.

Need to have a phone in every room in case of emergency you can communicate with the receptionist there was no phone in my room I had to use my cell phone to call the receptionist
