I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Las Terrenas. My only suggestion is to upgrade the main entrance's door, as it can be an inconvenient to keep calling with our cellphones every single time we need to enter or exit the facility. Just like the elevator, we should be able to use our room's key to come in.or step out.

Very convenient for a short stay, big rooms, located on 10-15min from Bonita Beach, Portillo, Central Town. The rooms are very confortable but the hole property have things to improve.

Poca iluminación en la habitación. Hace falta una lámpara central. Mucho ruido y una música horrorosa que se escucha en la recepción, creo que proviene del área del casino. Excelentes atenciones por parte de Jenifer y otra chica en el turno de la noche.

Very unsafe, the glass doors in the rooms that have access to the pool doesn't lock. There is a casino and a bar at the hotel but is not only for peolpe that are staying in the hotel, everyone from the neighborhood have access to be there too. Its very unsafe. People were so drunk and very rude, I had to get out of there the same day I checked in, I was afraid for my own safety. I do not recommend this place at all.

El mantenimiento de la hospedería es pésimo,la T.V. no funcionaba, la nevera tampoco funcionaba, me cambiaron de habitación y estaba en peores condiciones. El personal muy amable y comprensivo pero no está a su alcance mejorar la hospedería ya que es muy poco personal, el problema es el administrador. Olvidaba decir que la tina de hidromasaje es un criadero de ranas. Es una pena porque bien cuidado sería excelente. No volvería y no lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto, busquen otras opciones.

This is a wonderful hotel, this is my second time staying here and will continue staying here in the future. The staff is awesome, the room, the pool and the common areas were super clean. My husband went two times to the casino on site and won!! The hotel is close to the beaches and to the town, we went every day to the beach but What we enjoyed the most was having dinner watching the sunset in one of the restaurants in front of Punta poppy beach!!

Las habitaciones lindas, limpias y confortables, salvo que pasamos frío durante las noches porque no había frazadas, mantas o colchas. Cuando pedimos, consultaron con lavandería y la respuesta fue "solo hay sábanas". A las mañana siguiente lo comentamos en recepción y la chica respondió a la defensiva poco empática. (El resto del personal súper amable) Otro problema fue que la primer noche nos despertaron de madrugada dos veces: una para preguntar si el auto que tenían las luces encendidas era el nuestro (no lo era) y luego estruendos en la puerta de la habitación contigua golpeando para entrar (3:30am). Esto sucedió las dos noches. Nos explicaron que como funciona un casino en el mismo lugar, los que vuelven a dormir luego del casino, le piden a quien prefirió quedarse durmiendo, que les abran la puerta de la habitación. El desayuno era casi el doble de precio de lo que nos dijeron al principio. El entorno del hotel es en un barrio espantoso y caótico. No volveremos jamás. Ojalá esto le sirva a alguien a no cometer el mismo error que nosotros.
