“I booked through Expedia under the listing “Penthouse Suite MGM Signature Sphere” for September 24–28. My confirmation clearly stated “Superior Studio Suite, Balcony, City View.” What I received was a room on the 25th floor with no balcony and no penthouse experience. The balcony was the main reason I chose this booking. Without it, I would have booked somewhere else. What made this even more frustrating was being told by Expedia that management insisted my room had a balcony. I asked……

“The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily). I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature……

“Stayed here when it was a Howard Johnson. It's much safer now. Reasonable price. TV didn't work and the front desk told me that's why they gave me a 20% off coupon for Denny's but I worked in hotel before and had the same issues, and also gave Denny's coupons just for the stay. Do I'm unsure how true that is. Either way, it was a reasonable price to stay in a safe part of Vegas”

“The rain shower head was broken. The outlets for phone charging on the lamps did not work. Carpet needs to be updated. Everything in the kitchen worked. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Very secure building.”

“The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given……
