Secluded hideaway

We had a great time. It was exactly like it looks like. It had enough room for my family and if you like gambling the strip is not to far away. Would love to stay there again.

Fell short of expectations

The property was not as featured. Although the inside was clean, it lacked some amenities. There were no face cloths, hand towels or extra bath towels. Only one bath towel was provided per person. There was one kitchen towel, but no wash rag or sponge. The ice maker was broken with no ice trays as an option. The shower in one of the bathrooms was inoperable. When we contacted the host about that, they sent us a YouTube video to watch, which did not depict the same shower handle in question. We told them that, but they were not able to resolve the issue. The grounds and pool area were unkept and had old "floaties" that were torn, and appeared to be laying around the yard for awhile, seeing that they were burned by the sun. Also there were dead shrubs and debris about the yard. The BBQ was unusable since it had dried food on the grates and very dirty throughout. Due to the disappointments and inconveniences we reached out for a partial reimbursement. Two weeks later, we are still waiting for a response.
