• Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued ID matching the reservation
• Refundable hotel security deposit of $100 per night (maximum $300) required at check-in
• Deposit is a temporary hold for incidentals such as room service or pay-per-view
• If unused, the deposit is released after checkout
• Tower 2 front desk is staffed 24/7, allowing for late arrivals
