Booking thru Expedia was easy, the check in process when we arrived was smooth, the place is clean, well kept, they could use another elevator as there seems to be only one near the Registration, but nothing towards the rooms at the back area of the Hotel, only stairs which is a bit iglf inconvenience for the elderly or disabled. But overall we enjoyed our stay, this was the 2nd time for us.

The room was ok except the AC was loud and so was the bathroom fan , the third floor was very quiet and that was nice. The front desk staff were all very professional and polite I give them an A+, I felt very safe going in and out at any hour, I would stay there again .
