Stayed here on a whim one night. I had booked a king suite. When I arrived, I checked in and the lady at the front desk was lovely. When I got to my room, the bed was made but the entire suite was dirty. We're talking trash on the floor, urine on the toilet seat, used soap in the soap dish. I called the front desk and they were shocked. The lady who checked me in had to come up and clean and disinfect my room. I'm pretty sure the sheets I slept in were dirty and I didn't sleep very well. The breakfast the next morning was great. I didn't bother to shower and quickly left. I probably won't stay here again despite a great view of the sphere.

Wish I could have got my deposit back. My safety deposit couldn’t protect my life for what we paid for this hotel and horrible area it was in. Price is what you pay for.

We traveled with six people and we only got two big towels. The sofa bed is terrible, its like your sleeping on springs. It was dirty in the hallways, there was trash by the doors that wasn’t collected.

The restroom was dirty and the ladies at the front desk was not friendly they saw me arrived they where talking to a guy if it would be because the guy said you need something! They act like if they are doing a favor for you and forget we are the client and deserve that welcoming! And by the way Parking is extra $17.99plus taxes and they are not responsible for the vehicle!

Great place for families. Pool was heated, close enough to strip and staff was super helpful and friendly especially the waiter at the restaurant (forgot his name). Overall, if you have little kids or teens and want a quiet place to relax this is an ideal location.

Convenient located to where I needed to attend an event. But too noisy, sound seems to bounce off the walls of the lobby. Asked for blankets and took forever, staff nice but not helpful. Pool hours inconvenient since open late the guests were out making noise longer. The doors to the room had an one inch gao from the floor which probably why we heard everything. Breakfast was okay not that great.

We had an overall great experience at this property. We arrived early (before lunch) from Canada and asked for an early check in, they accommodated my kids and I with a room right away. The hotel is away from the busy strip and is smoke free so doesn’t smell bad like the strip hotels, and is quiet which is perfect for a family stay. The pool was so warm, very pleased with that. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. The hotel is maybe a 10 min walk to the tram that will bring you to the strip which was great for us, or about a $14 Uber ride. The cons- there is a lot of homeless hanging out in this area, but thankfully we were never bothered. The hot tub was not working when we stayed but the warmth of the pool really made up for it for us. The breakfast buffet wasn’t really much to write home about and most of the food really turned our stomachs.. but the omelette station was great. House keeping never came to our room during our 5 night stay, on the last morning they knocked & opened the door at the same time before my son or I was able to respond. I was not impressed as we could have been changing (this was roughly 9am & check out was at 11am). All in all, we had a good time, we would definitely stay here again

We were issued the wrong room. Then they gave us the "correct" room but smelled moldy. Two block walk to the monorail. A few blocks from the main casinos but have to cross several street corners.

Air in the room did not circulate properly- lst room I stayed in was way too hot- changed room and the air worked but all the drains were not working well- hot water shut off in the middle of the shower, staff did nothing when we told them, never gave options or updates just said sorry we did not know. No fans in the bathrooms… not great either. Overall, not happy for the amount I paid.

The staff here are second to none and this is an extremely clean place. The jacuzzi was out of order (we were really looking forward to that after walking so much) which is a bummer. The area is not safe and at night it was down right scary. Although this a problem all over Las Vegas, it's a bummer for families. The biggest problem was our bed. I want to start off by stating I love Embassy Suites and choose to stay at one because of their service and cleanliness. Our beds were so hard we left a day early. It felt as though there was a small cushion and then plywood directly under it. We have NEVER had this happen before. Whoever bought these beds should sleep on them once to know how awful they are. Until they change them out, I will not be returning.

They gave us the wrong suite and did nothing about it until we saw pee stains on our bed. I wish I could post pictures here. Sinks didn’t drain properly in any of our rooms and worse, the water was cold so we couldn’t shower. We had to switch rooms at 3 AM after several big issues. They didn’t have extra blankets when we requested a new one because we saw blood stains on them. Staff themselves told us this place is bad. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We arrived at approximately 7:30 PM on 1 mar 24. We were not greeted by a friendly face but rather a group of three ladies engaged in a conversation. after some time they finished their conversation and asked if we had a reservation. We replied yes and were asked for our name. When they entered our last name they said it was not found, nor was our itinerary number. we were quickly dismissed and told to call expedia to rectify the issue. The lady was so rude to my wife that I was absolutely shocked. It was as if we were on the street and the lady wanted to physically intimidate her. I was speechless. I have stayed with Embassy Suites for over twenty years and have never witnessed anything like this before. We eventually got the reservation validated and realized the error was on the part of the receptionist taking our information incorrectly. Once in the room we encountered some issues with the plumbing. Methane gas coming up through the bar sink when the bath water drained. The hot water was also out in the morning and was not restored for several hours. I inquired about these issues and was shocked again to find an elderly woman at the front desk alone during the early morning hours and was advised since we had booked with an online service “Expedia” there was nothing the hotel could do. I noticed a sign posted behind the desk that read “ two things you can control is your attitude and your smile”.This made me realize there were internal problems here.
