This (30 Day Minimum Rental) two-floor house offers a quiet, clean and non-smoking environment, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Situated in a great location on a cul-de-sac, this temporary rental provides convenience and comfort. The house features three bedrooms, accommodating a total of 4 beds that holds 5 guests. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet with a mirror, and a dedicated workspace with a printer. Additional amenities include a flat screen T.V, a dresser, a private bathroom, two nightstands with USB plug-ins and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The second bedroom offers a full-queen-sized bed, a nightstand, a closet with a mirror and dresser, a ceiling fan, and a smart T.V. The third bedroom includes a double-sized bed, a nightstand, a closet with a mirror and dresser, a ceiling fan, and a smart T.V. The house offers two and a half bathrooms for your convenience. The master bedroom features dual sinks, storage, a toilet and a tub/shower combo. Overall, this house has many amenities that you will enjoy, with also monthly cleaning services to help maintain a safe and clean environment during your stay. The backyard offers a mini paradise with Palm trees, a crystal-clear pool and heated jacuzzi, Beach chairs, Lounge sofa, and patio chairs for your convenience. Home Shopping In LasVegas

What a great place to stay. Everything to make one feel at home; the large screen tv was nice for evening viewing and the pool was perfect, just lovely for an early morning dip or evening outdoors with a cool beverage. Nice beach towels for the pool and a washer and dryer in the kitchen worked so nice to keep them fresh during the stay. A most comfy bed in the master and our guests said the others were great too! The master suite was large with double sinks, plenty of nice fluffy towels. And I loved the little desk for my computer that I travel with in the master suite. It was even stocked with paper for the printer that was provided. We want to stay again, we would buy the place, but it was not for sale!!
