This property met my needs perfectly & communication with the property manager was excellent. They responded within minutes for any of my needs. They were receptive to my feedback on some minor issues I encountered & offered immediate solutions. This was located close to a freeway entrance & 3 miles from my own own which was under construction. I enjoyed using their “cocktail size” pool for 2 weeks, which had a great water temperature. My dogs loved the yard. The neighborhood was quiet.

Nice house and excellent location

The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We come to Las Vegas 5-6 times a year and enjoy checking out local restaurants and attractions, along with spending a little bit of time on the strip. This house provided the perfect location for our needs. The local manager was extremely helpful and communicative. We will be back.

5 Star review. House was nice, well furnished, great kitchen, comfortable beds and a gas grill for use. Hot tub as under repair and we did not use the pool as it was out of season. Host was quick to respond to inquiries when required. Only thing that was screwy was the thermostat. We would set it to off and it would turn on at random times when not needed. Kind of annoying when you are woke up in the middle of the night by the heater trying to heat the home to the mid 70s. I would not hesitate to sat here again. Pet friendly too!!!

Great Location

The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The linens were nice and the ac worked great. Communication with owners was very good. Our only other comments were that the water pressure in showers is weak, there were not enough glasses and the primary bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. There also are some cupboard doors that don’t stay closed. We had a great time.

For the high price of this place we were really disappointed. The place was not ready at check in time. The cleaning crew were still there, were very rushed and the cleanliness of the home suffered because of it. Something in the kitchen smelled awful. So bad you could smell it in the living room. Not sure if it was coming from the sink or the dishwasher but it smelled of something rotting. We didn’t touch either during our stay. The bathroom in the primary bedroom also smelled pretty bad. The sticky mats they have on the floor of the tubs were very dirty. We didn’t touch either of those as well. The floors were also very dirty. Trying to keep shoes on our toddler the whole time we were there was tough, but the bottom of her feet were extremely dirty after only an hour of being there. The listing boasts a spa but it was completely empty so that was unusable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but that was about the only positive. Communication through Vrbo messages were also very frustrating, but that might be the fault of the Vrbo website. We were there to visit family so we didn’t spend much time in the home and were able to shower at their house and use their sink to do dishes. If our stay had been any longer than the two nights I would have found another place to stay and requested a refund.
