Check in was easy peasy, all of the staff we've encountered were so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good the banana nut waffles were delicious and the time we went for breakfast was not crowded. Free coffee and tea served daily until 10pm. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and plenty of outlets. The only bad thing was the walls were thin and there was no Jacuzzi. Other than that everything was exceptional.
