As F1 event is happening, so I guess some of corridor is blocked because of risk management. So the path is not striaghtforward and we have to walk much more. By the way, hotel is good and staff is kindness and always smile.

Poor and Old Hotel with sky-high charge
Poor and dim bathroom, towels are shabby with loosen edges. Hair dryer don't work and stuck with thick layer of dust behind the air intake. And no maid service available after 6PM!? Can't believe there's absolutely no staffs available just to bring me a good hair dryer after dinner time. Floor carpet and table are also terrible, we found a beer cap right under the table, and more hairs on the floor after we accidentally let my white coat fall on the floor and found it stick with numerous dust and hair.

Overall is ok to stay in Harrah's for business trip including the room clean and wifi. However, there is no lotion and coffee maker in the room as what it was before. I felt a little bit disappointed.

Harrah's Hotel and Casino Las Vegas offers a mixed experience based on my recent stay. The room itself was pleasant and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, situated centrally on the Strip, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Las Vegas. However, there were some significant drawbacks during my stay. Despite being there for several days, there was no provision of fresh towels or room service. I suspect that I may have inadvertently selected the wrong option at the check-in kiosk, which might have led to this oversight. It's a bit disappointing that this issue wasn't addressed or clarified by the hotel staff during my stay. On a positive note, the check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which I appreciated after a somewhat mixed experience. Overall, while the hotel has its merits in terms of room quality and location, the lack of basic services like fresh towels and room service was a letdown. Make sure to double-check your selections during check-in to avoid similar inconveniences.

It was not a bad stay. I would say that the stay could have been slightly better if it was cleaner “ Air Vents where full of dust and lint” the bed had stains which made it uncomfortable to stay in, and the floor had crumbs. It was difficult to sleep because you could hear your neighbors, they were excessive in loudness.

Rooms were nice and clean but small, the rooms do not have a refrigerator so you could not keep drinks cold. Wish the shower had a door, it’s just a small glass panel and water spilled out when you showered. Great rooms for the rate.
