Quiet Neighborhood and great host away from the strip

Great host and super clean place! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood vibe. We were able to walk up to the local supermarket and get food for the week - we cooked here in the full kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect stay

Loved the little studio. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. I was nervous for the extreme heat and whether or not the place would be cool enough but it far exceeded my expectations!

Nice, clean and a quiet stay. It is very small, not roomy at all but again it was still nice. If I could add anything, toiletries (soap/hand soap) would have been a nice gesture. Thank you for having us❤️

Game day

The bed was so comfortable. The studio was super cozy. We was in town for a football game so just needed a place to get ready and sleep and it served its purpose. We did travel with our dog, and there’s is a park around the corner just a short walk away.

Perfect for our needs

Perfect for our trip. Stayed 4 nights and was close enough for us ti drive anywhere within 25 minutes. We spent a day in New Vegas a day in old Vegas, went to a football game, hit numerous restaurants and went to the malls and a Vegas show. two people is the limit but make sure you like them because there is not extra room but for a couple iy is perfect. Owner was very quick to respond and we asked for new towels and trash bags and was left soon after. Will definitely stay here agaon if we come back. Checkout time is a little earlier than we liked its 10 am which is a bit early for a Vegas lifestyle vacation but that was our only negative but even that I can easily overlook for all the other positives for us. We spent a lot of quality time together and it was nice.

perfect for me

I had a certification exam in Las Vegas, followed by a conference. I didn't stay at the hotel because it did not allow pets, and it worked out to be perfect for me. This little spot was quite and peaceful, allowed me to let down after hectic days. Close enough yet far enough out of the hectic activity of the strip. The apartment was super clean and neat, cute as can be how they have it set up. they have gates at the drive and at their backyard, creating a little courtyard outside the entrance to the apartment. Traveling alone, I felt very safe. The owners were very easy to chat with and coordinate an extra night with. I will definitely stay here again when I return next year! Highly recommend for 1 or 2 people to stay.

Great for a short stay but can get very small for longer.

The place was very clean and for the most part felt brand new. Great spot for 1 or 2 people, no room for any more than that. The only issues I had are 1) Theres very little drawer space and we only had a few hangers. Our trip was almost a week and there were only 2 bath towels (I'm sure I could have asked for more but there wasn't much space to hold them either). The park around the corner was nice to have and we were close to the softball fields we were playing at so that was nice. Decent 20-minute drive to Fremont st. and 30 minutes to the strip during the day. From the short interaction we had with the residents that live in the house, they were very nice and accommodating. Just in case someone is wondering, this is not a standalone building, it is a part of the main house, and your access is by the door on the side. Overall, the stay was very good, and I would stay there again.

If you want a cozy, spotlessly clean studio in a quiet neighborhood away from the Las Vegas strip, this ace fits the bill!Owners live in an attached home, but you have plenty of prvacy with an enclosed private patio.
