Excellent property

The Signature at MGM Grand is our new go-to stay in Las Vegas. From the free valet parking, great staff, pools and rooms, everything you need is there. A short walk to the heart of the strip.

My favorite property for an extended stay in Vegas

I love the layout of the room. It's the best value you can get, really comfortable and you have everything you have at home. Can't wait for next year.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recently had the pleasure of staying at the MGM Signature-17-703 Strip View Jacuzzi Studio, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The strip view from the studio is breathtaking, especially in the evenings. But the highlight for me was undoubtedly the tower pool – an oasis in the heart of the city. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable Vegas experience!

Exceeded My Expectations!

The room was excellent! Exactly as described, clean, quiet, close to the strip & large! I was afraid to sit on the couch because it didn’t look safe or clean, but everything else was perfect. My husband loved the room & said that we’d definitely see if this room was available again, when we were back in town!

Honestly, the signature towers are showing their age. Our unit was clean enough, but the couch for example, was so worn, frayed and stained that we literally put a sheet over it before we sat down. Hopefully with super bowl weekend up charge rhey can update the furnishings. The main MGM and strip are about a 15-20 minute walk, you'll do it often since the Starbucks and lounge are open very short hours. Uber is very convenient for pick up and drop off. Our host had great communication and our room was ready two hours before check in which was nice.

The ONLY bad thing I can say, was our neighbor was very loud and seemed to slam their door when leaving. Our room was beautiful. It was located perfectly off the strip. Thank you for your efforts!
