Spacious, comfortable and clean room that was convenient to the strip and the monorail. Lobby area and hallways were quiet, but the MGM casino was only a few minute (indoor) walk. Monorail was very convenient getting to the convention center and further down the strip. Communication was excellent. I would stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic!! Hands down one of the best VRBO experiences I've had. Everything we needed was literally at our door step and the location is top notch. Had an amazing time and look forward to booking again!

Close to the strip yet plenty of peace and quiet.

We stayed fot 4 days. The room an site amenities were even better than advertised and well worth the price. We loved the view from the balcony, the shower and jetted tub, and the ability to make a few meals in the room. The bed was great, not too hard or soft. The room was generally cozy and upscale. We have stayed in other high end upper floor rooms on the strip and this space is probably our favorite. I highly recomend it.

This is the best stay Ive ever had in Vegas. Property has complimentary valet and you have a fully stocked kitchenette, which is a game changer in Vegas. I’d like to stay here every time I’m in Vegas.

Quiet Condo Just Off the Strip

This modern high rise (32nd floor) condo is an easy walk to the strip. Nearby is a Walgreens and a Target for stocking up on beverages, coffee and snack food.the condo has a two burner stovetop, microwave and fridge. The unit is upgraded and clean with lots of storage for clothing. Bed is super comfy, and there is very minimal street noise. Also note a big beautiful tub with jets makes soaking a pleasure after a long day of walking the strip. Check in is easy, and an Uber pickup location is just steps out the front door. There is a nice cafe like eatery on the lobby level with great hot breakfasts. An indoor walkway will take you into the MGM Grand, no need to step outside. Written communication with management/owner is excellent. Additionally, I had let them know one of the sinks was draining slowly, thinking maintenance would address it upon our check out. They were quick to address the issue that day.

Nice quiet location, close enough to the casino to enjoy, but far enough to be able to work and sleep without interruption. Loved the large desk, easily accommodated all my files. Easy access to the monorail, but also loved the complimentary valet for when I needed to head off strip. The booking, check in and check out couldn't have been easier. There was great communication from the owner from booking and throughout my visit to ensure everything was great! Would recommend!
