Weekend Trip to Vegas

Nice property. Unit was great for two peope. Mini fridge was convenient and the grounds were great. Didn't go to the pool....can't speak to that. Valet is nice service. Overall, great stay. Would do it again.

Nice place

Needs to advertise the balcony on listing, it's awesome. Needs a chair or two as well. Hot water wasn't the best, but wasn't bad. Great place, access to mgm grand is indoors. Easy. Will stay again.

Thanksgiving stay at The Signature Las Vegas

No complaints…nothing but positive feedback to give. Everything, from checking to departure was great! The owner communicated with me several times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy and being taken care of. The unit was great, with a nice balcony and view of the strip. I will definitely add this owner to my favorites on VRBO so that I can hopefully stay in this same unit on my next visit. Thank you for everything!!

Great Location - Be warned

Our stay was from 10/11 - 10/15 the property was what we expected it was clean, access to restaurants and bus service to downtown location. It was my husband's 60th birthday surprise trip which I stayed to the property manager. The week before we left I emailed the property manager to inquire about bath lien and should we take our own. He stated no some will be provide for your stay. Well when my husband and I arrived at The Signature MGM Grande we found only 2 days of bath liens in the unit for our 4 day stay. There was no cleaning services for our 4th and 5th stay. If you stayed more the 3 days there was suppose clean our room but the property manager tried to charge us and extra $35.00 for the service. In the House Manual it stated that the cleaning services was include in the price of the cost. We had to go and buy 3 days of bath liens so that we could have clean bath lien. I email the property own and he tried to charge us extra price for bath lien which he stayed would be provide for us. Before booking this property please make sure you take your own bath lien and get a understanding of the cleaning services. Still had a great time!

Carpets were stained, found trash from previous guest behind the couch. No cups, plates, or coffee in the room (there's a coffee pot, no coffee). Had to buy solo cups so we could have a drink. Bathroom was large and spacious and we loved the balcony (although some chairs out there so we could sit would have been nice).
