I would have to give this hotel especially on Madquetade side of tower and especially king size suite horrible unclean bathroom , they forgot to clean out room we had to advise after 24 hours and to reach housekeeping , front desk, room service was horrible we would get mis information or no one pick up there phones, no coffe maker in room like you see in hotels, esiecuslky suite on 27 floor you ask for more nos keys they bring you a vey light one when your yelling them that you need extra bid key due to gas I g lupus very cold unfirunbately we had to keep ac on due to heat that went through giant glass so died so yeah ! They also told us they give us va k s tegu c in our resort fees for all the trouble we did not get it! Do I give a 1

Outdated room we were looking for newly renovated rooms! No microwave on the property. Elevator went down took a while getting back to the room. All restaurants closed early had to go out to eat and couldn’t bring anything back because there was not a microwave lol major upgrades needed before I return.

The property location is convenient and we liked not being directly on the las vegas strip with all the traffic. We love the dim sum restaurant there! The property is a bit run down and dated. The room was interesting. There is a small window between the room and the bathroom so the bathroom did not feel very private. We placed a magazine up against the window to block the view into the bathroom. Overall, it was fine and we enjoyed our time in las vegas.

I did not get an updated room… which I asked for…. My room was old smelled like mildew inside and in the halls. No microwave refrigerator was old and froze everything. Sink leaked water from the handles and the shower water drained so slow while showering the tub was filling up. The TV is so old it barely showed color and graphics. Carpet was dirty… I called to have get new linens and towels it took over 2 hrs for someone to come. I will only stay again once all the renovations are done.

Great pool area. AI only. Very difficult to reach someone if issues. No updates or follow up from AI. 2 elevators broken resulting being forced to go up to reach to reach the ground floor when checking out. We waited 40 minutes to get on a packed elevators. Then it stopped on each floor. The furniture was old and very beat up. Room missing face towels soap so small you uesd more to compensate. Kiosk not working for check in. Associate stated they had not been working all day. Order luggage pick up at 9am for 10:45 no show had to call 3 times and a ride waiting. Porter informed us they never got the message from AI. Make AI more user friendly. We met family here and was looking forward to seeing the affects of the remodel. Which did not show up at all in our room. It looked like those rooms where just stripped and left at a minimum.

We stayed from 7/12-15. They charge me $470 when we check in. That amount was resort fee and deposit. That’s fine with it. Because they said that they were going to refund $300 when we check out. After we checked out hotel charged another $400!!!! Total almost $900 they charged from me and refund just $300! I have no idea what they did to me. I called the hotel and they said call me back ASAP but no response… I just want to know what happened…

We stayed in the Masquerade Tower in a non-renovated room and I would never stay in that tower or room type again… the faucets in shower and sinks were broken, the ac didn’t work and we had to move rooms, the sheets and towels were rough along with the toilet paper and the carpets and furniture were really worn out
