Palms Place Hotel and Spa is a full service boutique hotel. Comfortably removed from the non-stop action of the Palms Casino, the ambiance of this tower is contemporary and elegant. From high-end amenities including dining at Laguna Pool House with pool side views, Drift Spa and Fitness Center and Rojo Lounge, Palms Place provides resort style living you can call home. The difference between booking privately with me versus the Palms Hotel is that you will NOT pay the $40 daily Resort fee and taxes. Also the balcony is open for your use which is not available when booking through Palms. My 615 square foot luxury Studio Suite has panoramic views that are spectacular. The unit is adjacent to The Palms Casino and accessible via the Skytube Entrance. Our studio has luxurious Mateo Italian linens, a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator. flatware, glassware and dishes and a coffeemaker.

Several restaurants on property include Laguna Pool House, a chique and intimate bar called Rojo Lounge, and an on-site convenience store. In addition, there is a full service Health Spa, featuring a co-ed Hamman steam room, workout area, and separate men's and women's Jacuzzi and dressing facilities. There is also a quieter private pool area complete with cocktail and food service. Palms Place is modern, comfortable and just the place to retreat when you're ready to regroup. But if you're ready for casino action and nightlife, The Palms Casino is right next door. The Palms Casino features great restaurants including Scotch 80 Prime, A.Y.C.E, Serrano Vista Cafe, Mabels BBQ, Tim Ho Wan, Send Noodles, Laguna Pool House and much more. There is also a 16 cinema movie theater and various shows on-site including famous comedians and music artists that perform in the Pearl Theater.
There is a one time $95 cleaning fee to insure the room is cleaned and restocked properly for the next guest charged by the Palms Place. We do not have the ability to negotiate this fee. It is charged to us by the Palms Place management and is included in your VRBO booking fees.

Reservations booked or changes to reservations made less than 48 hours of day of check-in will be subject to an additional charge of $50. The Palms charges us this fee to put a reservation in or make changes on such short notice. Please make sure your name is correct on your VRBO account and matches your ID and credit card.

As my guest you have full access to all hotel amenities.
When you arrive, check in at the front desk of Palms Place with your government issued photo ID. You will be given a magnetized key card that grants you access to the condo, hotel, casino and resort. You will have access to all Palms and Palms Place amenities with this card.
Our guests can access the Fitness Center for free. In order to use the amenities at the Drift Spa there is a $25 per person per day charge (unless, of course, you book a treatment). This fee is waived if you book any services at the spa. Please check the Palms Place website for spa services, pricing, hours etc. The Pool and hot tub is complimentary for my guests located in the common area of the property.
I am available via text if you need me, however the guests will have full unsupervised access to the suite and all it's amenities on-site.
In addition - the front desk is available for 24/7 check in and also if you have any questions. There is also a concierge on site to specifically help you with show reservations, restaurant suggestions, and transportation.

You may also request additional towels, toiletries and cleaning services for an additional charge by calling the front desk of the hotel. For instance, it costs $25 for new towels, bed linens and trash removal. These requests will be added to your bill at check out. The front desk has a full break down of what additional services would cost.

If you need anything urgently, or if something breaks in the unit, please let me know as soon as possible by calling me directly. I have to submit a service request in writing with Palms Place management in order to have anything fixed.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11 am. Please do not inquire about early check in or late check out it is NOT available at any time. However, there is early luggage drop/bell desk service available at the hotel.

Free valet and self parking. You must be 21+ in order to check-in. The unit is privately owned so daily housekeeping is not included.

The Hotel requires a credit card on file for security deposit and any additional charges such as room service to the room. The hold is $100 and is released the day of check-out.

This is a non-smoking building, there is a special smoking area by the valet parking!!!

Be advised that THERE ARE NO HOTEL FEES OR PARKING FEES WHEN BOOKING DIRECT WITH ME. HOWEVER THERE IS A ONE TIME $95 CLEANING FEE TO INSURE THE ROOM IS CLEANED AND RESTOCKED PROPERLY FOR THE NEXT GUEST.

GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY DRINKS FROM ROOM MINIBAR (PRICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST) TV PURCHASES, ROOM SERVICE FOOD ORDERED.
