The young lady on the desk at night on September 27 & 28 was very nice. I do not know her name. I got into the hotel after the cookies ran out. She remembered me & saved me a cookie the next night. These are the kinds of things that makes me like the hotel.

Only problem was the fridge didnt get cold enough for it to be in HOT VEGAS and need to have something cold to cool the insides. Other than that..no problem.

Hôtel is very clean and well located. However we had to wait 2 hours as our room was not yet ready. We understand that it was a busy week-end but we planned to arrive at 15h to get ready for thé concert. We had our room around 17h. We came from LAX, from a 4hours drive. We would have appreciated to have our room on time.
