"The staff was very attentive. They have a laundry room. They don’t serve breakfast nor they have an indoor restaurant. This is a very good hotel just not as impressive as the one in Tokyo or the Ryokan in Hakone."

"This was a very nice stay. The room was beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. The bathroom was very nice and clean. We loved the sub room! Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was in the center of the gion district which was very convenient for some of the attractions we wanted to see. We only stayed for 2 nights but truly wish we could've stayed longer. I would definitely come back here. "
