Flight one hour late due to torrential rain delaying all flight operations at Hong Kong airport. Good flight to Osaka(Kansai) but pleasure ruined by a familysitting adjacent with young children who talked loudly and giggled throughout almost the entire 4 hours we were on the plane. Parents did little to stop the nuisance to other passengers.
