"Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto."

"The staff were extremely helpful and courteous as soon as you walk in. The hotel is so nice and clean aside from some dust collected on top the sink area. I am happy to report I did not see any bed bugs/bed bug spots when checking the mattress and everything was very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was great and had delicious food, the staff helping here was also extremely Nice and courteous making for an even more pleasant stay. The hotel is very close to a subway stop as well. I will be more than happy to recommend this location and if I am ever in Kyoto again will definitely look to stay here."
