"Bit chaotic at the bakery breakfast bar in the lobby where you had to buy your sandwich then heat it yourself with one oven for everyone to use. No breakfast tea in room so had to ask reception every day, no fresh milk only small creamers. No tea spoons. No body lotion in bathroom. Very inflexible about 3pm book in resulting in guests all trying to book in together. Nice hotel but small things let it down."
