"The hotel was very well located, very clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast had a vast selection. We loved the ease of walking to many shops, Nishiki Market, many sites and also having the subway close by as needed. "

"Our room was not ready for people upon checking in. Large, visible CLUMBS of dust through out the room and light fixtures. The tatami mats in room were messed up due to other inconsiderate travelers. There was visible damage on the ralls and "sofa". There were also visable "stains" on door inside the toliet room. The Breakfast buffet was always cold, even when it had been open for 30 mins. The food was subpar. The management was quick to remedy our situation, however I would not recommend staying here."
