"We had an amazing 3 day stay at Art Mon Zen. From the moment we arrived to leaving, the staff were exceptional and extremely attentive. Probably the best hotel stay in Japan. "This was a charming little place very close to the river, restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the subway. Check-in was easy, staff was nice and the rooms were well-designed, cozy and clean. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely return. "

"The house was amazing, great amenities including bath, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioners on both floors. The hosts were really nice people. The place was right by a train station. An amazing Jamaican fusion ramen place right around the corner. No complaints whatsoever. The stay was perfect, would totally stay here again if I’m visiting Kyoto."
