THE HOTEL HIGASHIYAMA KYOTO TOKYU, A Pan Pacific Hotel
Breakfast was awesome. The hotel has private spas you can rent by the hour and a foot bath in the garden. All the staff is super friendly. The hotel is outside of the crazy busy areas but is literally a 15 minute walk to the heart of Kyoto. I definitely recommend this hotel.
