Great location and generous room size Couldn’t recommend highly enough Will definitely be using again

This apartment hotel was such a lucky find. I stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids and the space was big enough for all of us (2 beds and two of the couches can be turned into two twin beds as well). It has a small little kitchen, which is great if you want to heat up food from 7 Eleven. It also comes with a washing machine, and I love that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Huge plus that it is 10 min walk to Kyoto station. Close by to a train station and other bus stops—not to mention the 7 Eleven that I went to every day that is just one block down the street. The staff were super friendly, very accommodating. Overall, 10/10. I think this is a great place for a small family.

Very nice clean room. The staff was very helpful. We left our jackets and they sent them to our hotel in Tokyo before our flight home. Great air conditioning. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The room that we had was simply beautiful. We were late to check in and the staff waited for about 2 hours for us. The location is excellent and we will be staying here again for sure.

The property was very beautiful and convenient for those visiting for Universal Studios. It is right next to the train station for easy access when traveling. We were there for 12 days. Staff cleaned the room each day and left fresh pjs for each person. They did have kid pjs that fit my 12 year old, but none that would fit my 1 year old. They did have hot springs on the spa floor but unfortunately I am covered in tattoos so that is definitely a no go. I did not even attempt so I can't comment on that area. They had a nice tea time between 1400-2100 that served coffee, tea, soft drinks, and pancakes. We did not add the breakfast because we wanted to explore other options. The breakfast did look tasty though. There were coffee shops and a McDonalds in the area that opened around 0630-0700 so we frequent those as well. The staff were very friendly. Fully stocked with all toiletry items needed. Had a nice view of Universal Studios from my room window. Had enough space for my family of 4. All in all I would revisit.
