    "My fave hotel to stay when in Osaka, superb location, next to OCAT station, subways and kintetsu trains… walking distance to dotombori and Shinsaibashi plus near by malls. Point to note, rooms are of decent size but are those dimmed lights, English style design (rather dated). Toilets are alright just be careful when getting in and out from the tub. Cleanliness a bit disappointing this time round, there were hairs on the bed. But then again it will still be my go to hotel when in Osaka"

    "Temperature control in the room was finicky and couldn’t be turned off. Room was large with a separate sleeping area. No view and frosted glass windows which were small. Very friendly staff in a convenient location. Sneaker by the door kept turning the light on at night but staff came and turned it off. Overall good stay."

    "We just stayed for 1 night. We’re getting the Panstar cruise the following day. We went to Universal walk, took pictures & grabbed something to eat. We had a wonderful & restful night.
