Laundry service would be better if have in the room. Wait too long to use it in the evening/nighttime. Also, the dryer is not efficient in drying the clothes & the laundry room is too stuffy/hot (no ventilation).
Other than that, the room is very nice & spacious. We appreciate the free water bottles, drinks (juices, beers), snacks, tea bags & coffee pods), tea kettle, coffee maker & other amenities.

Prese aggiuntive e convertitori disponibili
Alla mattina in aggiunta c’è un frigo da cui è possibile prendere delle mini brioche e scaldarle e una macchinetta da cui selezionare vari tipi di caffè.
La posizione é comodissima per raggiungere la zona di Gion e la famosa Pagoda, ci ha permesso di fare un giro in tarda serata senza trovare nessuno.

We enjoyed the location, was easily in walking distance to many areas we planned to visit, but was very quiet within the area. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The property was beautiful! We booked the room with private open airbath and spa room, massage chair, everything was great and made widing down after walking all day worth it. I was shockes by the amenities, lots of free beverages stocked in the room. Offered happy hour with many more beverage offerings. Will definitely book again for any future visits.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Great location, very quiet inside away from the tourist crowds and yet very easily accessible to old temples and shrines and shopping. The staff was great, room very nice and comfortable. Would stay there again!

A lovely, serene hotel in the middle of Gion. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The fourth floor lounge and the private onsen rooms are great as well.

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless, the staff were always very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the location was perfect for being within walking distance to many shrines and temples as well as downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again on the next visit to Kyoto.

I love the interiors of this hotel. A mix of modern and traditional design. It is quiet, you hardly see people around (which I like), yet the staff are there whenever you need them. Our room and the hotel in general is immaculate.
This hotel also has an in-house bath and sauna at an additional cost. You can reserve these amenities at the reception. It was a great way to end the day after walking around sightseeing all day.
