"Excellent location less than a 2 minute walk to Kyoto Station. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us throughout our entire stay. Very spacious rooms with enough room to relax just before bed after a long day. When we return to Japan we’ll be sure to book this. Absolutely amazing stay. "

"This was such a pleasant surprise. So close to the train station and it felt like being at a resort. We are invited to enjoy the public areas with our special Japanese wear that is given to the guests in our rooms. The staff is amazing, the housekeeping workers are like machines, fully focused, and they work very fast and efficient, with such deep cleaning. They are amazing. The breakfast was nice but the workers there was also so amazing. The only bad thing was there was not enough washers and dryers. And it takes 2 hours to wash a load and the clothes are still very wet after 2 hours. But I will definitely be back at this hotel only when visiting Kyoto. 5 stars definitely. And I am an honest star giver. "

"Great hotel with a very convenient location to a lot of top sights in Kyoto. Close to train station as bus stop. Delicious bakery in the hotel and comfortable beds. I would book this hotel again in a heart beat. I was sad to leave!! "

"The hotel was very nice. First of all the location is just perfect. You can walk pretty much anywhere, and otherwise you have a subway line just a few minutes away. it's also very convenient to move in taxi. The room was spacious and very nice. It had good amenities, a coffee maker, a nice TV, tons of storage space, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was great too. And everything was ultra clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And breakfast was very good, totally worth it. I would definitely recommend it and go back my next time in Kyoto."

"The hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location, walking distance to all major locations and train stations! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! It was also very very clean which we loved! The snack area for guests in the basement wloorwas also a great touch! We didn't get to eat at the restaurant located inside the hotel but it seemed busy and always smelled like amazing food! "
