房間整潔,舒適度佳,但部分服務人員態度須該善,基礎連網設施也亟需改善。
1. LINQ hotel 並未將Hotels.com 訂房系統資料與該旅館之自助Check-in/Check-out 系統連結,因此入住與退房都需專人協助,才能完成。 2. LINQ hotel 大量採用自助Check-in/Check-out系統,只有極少數現場服務人員,在入住或退房尖峰期間將要等很久。趕時間的旅客要自行斟酌。 3. 現場服務人員稀少,也沒有諮詢櫃台,有問題多只能透過,電話系統遠端協助。 4. 部分現場服務人員,態度亟需改進。例如我當場詢問時正值該人員交班時間,只說"請等一下"然後就看到他隔一下子就下班走人。我就被晾在哪裡。平均每次需專人協助都要等十分鐘以上。 5. 旅館WIFI為開放式,安全性低,我的手機可以在房間連線,比電視完全不行。透過電話尋求協助兩次,每次均耗時一個小時以上,還是不行。在這四天內完全無法使用。請使用安全性要求高的筆電的客戶自行參酌。 6. 房間被子很薄,只能靠空調。 7. 房間內並不提供瓶裝水。 8. 所謂遊樂設施,wifi外,其他都沒到,但是還是要收費。請商務客自行參酌。

Great location, can't beat it. Lots of places to eat inside and out. It's a bit of a party hotel. If that's all you're looking for this is the spot. As for everything else...at check-in they want you to use machines and not interact with staff, not sure what that's about. Staff also weren't impressed to be talked to, not sure what that's about. The rooms are pretty standard, although we could only figure out the purpose of 2/5 light switches. The air conditioning is also really loud, careful if you're a light sleeper. Pillows we're amazing though, best I've had in a hotel.

The monorail being connected to this property is very convenient. The casino itself has a great selection of games and slots. Housekeeping was friendly and frequent. No complaints here!

My only complaint was the pizza truck it was terrible and the fact that I kept asking for my conditioner dispenser to be replenished and nobody ever did it, my sheets where stained as well as the room walls where slightly dirty with hand stains small but irritating details. Everything else was great!

There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The safe was broken. There was no other amenities such as a coffee machine or water no ice no vending machines for $350 a night. I expected a little more. The casino was small, but the bartenders were awesome

The Linq is not like the other hotels on the strip. It is more economical and a different kind of crowd is attracted to it. It sort of reminded me of old Vegas vibes, but not exactly. The best part of the hotel is the proximity to everything near the strip. Great food and snack options and a small casino to play. I would recommend staying here for a budget friendly option, but do not expect Bigger hotel amenities or luxury. You get what you pay for and more.

The text line that they have is awful.. the water was smelly and you have to let the Hot water run to be safe….I made sure to buy water to brush my teeth.. The parking was confusing at first because i was told i was being charged $20 for parking but when you leave the garage it also have you pay $25 to get out.. I did text that stupid text line you have and they gave me the number to parking…. i’m also waiting on a refund from that… anyway they told me to push the little call button give my room number and they’ll let us out… THIS HOTEL ALMOST GOT ME FOR $45 parking a night if i didn’t say anything..
