喜欢: pet friendly,在一楼户外还设有个🐶专用的假草地空间来解决大小二便,房间空间大,类似公寓式的,很适合一家大小出游选择。还有免费瓶装酒赠送。周边的吃喝很便利。 需要改进的地方: 有点没有善用房间空间,通常这种带套房的公寓式酒店的房间,基本是设计两个卫浴间,一个是给套房使用,一个就是客厅使用,如果能改为有两个卫浴间就更好了。 洗浴用品偏偏没有沐浴露,竟然是提供香皂,这个就不卫生啦,又浪费,房间里共住的每人每次洗浴要单独浪费一块... 没有提供放置脏衣服的收纳袋...

Decent rate for a 15 minutes walk to Paris. Parking included. Awesome view of the Sphere from 17th floor. Staff's error sent me to a room with someone and belongings were still in the room. Manager acknowledged the error offering the amenity waive and room exchanged to higher floor with strip view. Plus I received two free coffees the next morning. However, I received the two queen beds as the original booking king. Since I stayed one night did not want to discuss with staffs again. My feedback is I wish staff would ask customer if the bad size is priority.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights, using Vegas as our base for day trips. With two teenage boys the two bed suite with pull out couch was perfect. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the strip which we liked. Great views of the Sphere which is within walking distance. Free parking was a plus too. Staff were amazing and very helpful and responsive. We had trouble with our TV and they had it up and running in no time.

It's a nice and quiet property off the strip. Parking is free. The room is very spacious with a kitchen. It's still a bit walk to the strip and no entertainment at the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was really great. We were in room 306 though and the water shower pressure was literally a trickle. We had maintenance come up but still not fixed. I ended up taking a bath one day bc of the shower situation.

I’m so satisfied with my stay at this hotel, at our arrival we got warm welcome by Michelle, she’s the best. Although this hotel is not on the strip but it’s close enough to walk there. King size bed room was specious and comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying at the platinum. Check in was fast and the staff were very nice. The rooms offered a lot of space and comfort. It was also really nice to stay in smoke free environment in a town where smoking indoors is common. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a nice change from the smoke and crowds of casinos on the strip and Fremont. The hotel is clean and smells great, staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to Horseshoe and the strip, the walk was easy. I wouldn’t do it alone at night as a solo female but with friends I’d feel safe. I will stay here again, I prefer to any of the other properties in Vegas I’ve stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at the Platinum Hotel. Shaniya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to the strip, and we will definitely be staying here again next time, especially since they are pet friendly. They offer a dog bowl, a treat, and tennis ball for your pup. Pet fee is $150 no matter how many days you stay. Also, huge rooms plus a balcony so it was perfect for our family.

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, etc. The only complaint I would have is that it was hard to get a taxi. However, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was very close to The Sphere and to the strip.

Looking for a lodging facility that still believes in customer service? THIS IS IT! we had a couple issues with our room. Outstanding response, and reasonable compensation offered without argument. Staff that didn’t complain. Some reviewers have complained about aging decor. If you want gaudy Vegas- get your brass fix over at the Venetian! I’ll take the Platinum subtlety, quiet, and ease of entry and exit every time. We will definitely be back!
