The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room was not as clean as I hoped with hair in the sink and shower. The door did not open correctly. We were four and only received one towel, we did receive extra upon request. Beds were not the most comfortable. The hotel holds several events and during this time guests cannot use exits or make use of the only bar available. I was surprised with the lack of options at the hotel for coffee/snacks and drinks.

또가고싶은 호텔

모든게 완벽한 여름휴가였어요 룸컨디션도 좋았고요 한가지 아쉬운건 앞방 아이가 너무 소리를 질러서 아동학대로 신고해야 하나? 할정도로 시끄럽게 고성을 질러서 불편했어요. 호텔 복도에서 정숙은 기본매너인데 부모님도 엄청 시끄럽더군요. 이건 호텔에서 잘못하신게 아니라 그분들 개인이 문제인거라… 호텔 직원분들 다 친절하셨고 정말 극성수기라 너무 지치실법도한데 응대 잘해주셔서 감사했습니다. 저희는 워터파크 눈탱이맞았어요 ㅎㅎ 그냥 아무생각없이 갔다가 웬만한 호텔방값을 내고 입장했어요 ㅠ 태기산cc 도 저렴하게 재미나게 이용했고요 루지도 재밌었고 음식도 맛있었어요 저는 커피 너무 좋아하는데 집에와서도 조식커피 남기고 온게 자꾸 생각나네요 ㅠㅠ 저희 다담주에 다시 가려고요 ㅎㅎ

첫 방문이며 2박3일 묵었습니다 3시 체크인이지만 2시20분쯤 룸 배정 받았습니다 호텔동 룸 컨디션은 기대한 거 보다 좋았습니다 다만 급하게 정리하고 배정 받은건지 기본으로 있어야 할 수건이 2장 밖에 없었고 변기 커버에 소변이 튄 자국이 있었습니다 그것도 시간이 오래된게 아닌 얼마 전의 자국이더라구요 물로 닦아내고 수건도 요청하여 바로 받았습니다 솔직히 조금 껄끄러웠지만 그 외 룸 컨디션은 다 좋았습니다 위에 언급 한 두가지가 제일 큰 아쉬움이였네요 아 그리고 룸에서 데스크로 전화연결이 오전시간에는 매우 어렵습니다 근데 네이버로 검색하여 나오는 직통번호는 또 한번에 받더라구요 이건 좀 의아했습니다.... 그리고 부대시설중 워터파크의 경우 검색이라던지 조금 알아보지 않고 간 잘못도 크지만 객실 할인 25프로 받고 6살 아이와 성인 두명 이용하니 17만원정도...그리고 구명조끼 대여 간식거리 구매하니 20만원은 훌쩍 넘어버리더군요 이 부분은 조금 검색도 해보시고 여러 상품이나 패키지를 구매해서 가는게 금액을 조금이나마 절감 할 수있을 거 같습니다 카드사 할인도 추가적으로 있는거 같구요 그냥 이용하기엔 생각보다 금액이 세게 느껴졌습니다 조식의 경우 셋이서(성인2,6살아이1) 8만5천원이였고 객실할인은 없었습니다 7시30분 오픈인데 35분에 도착하니 이미 사람이 많더라구요 3층에서 식사했으며 오전에 엘베도 오래 기다립니다 왠만하면 오픈시간때 가서 드시길 추천드립니다 먹고 나올때보니 대기줄이 많이 길더라구요 1층도 같이 이용할수 있는거 같으니 문의해보심이 좋을듯 합니다 그리고 리프트,루지를 방문당일 2회권 끊어서 오후 5시쯤 이용하니 선선하고 좋았습니다 체크아웃하고 난 후 곤돌라도 이용했는데 생각보다 오래올라가고 정상에 도착하니 시원하고 좋았습니다 주변에 조금 유몀하다 싶은 관광지는 대부분 차로 50키로 정도 내외에 위치 한거 같습니다 저희는 대관령 양떼목장 , 딥다이브 두군데였는데 운행시간이 30~40분 정도 거리였습니다

평창 휘닉스 호텔

몇해째 여름을 이곳에서 보내고 있는데요. 나름 조용하고 쉬기 편안합니다. 몇박이 더 남았지만 즐겁게 하루를 보내고 적습니다.

잘 쉬었지만 아쉬운점도 있었던 곳

하룻밤 잘 쉬었지만 여름철이고 아무래도 겨울 스키철이 아니여서 그런지 석식 운영을 하지 않았어요(주말에는 가능하다고) 그리고 미니바에는 그 흔한 커피 서비스가 없다는거에 좀 당황 ^^; 4성급이라는데 녹차티백 2개가 전부라는게 ㅋㅋ 피트니스센터는 카펫 냄새가 좀 심하고 비가 와서 그런지 바닥에 물이 관리가 인되는 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 물론 스키철에는 지금과는 다르겠지만요. 그럼에도 호텔이니까 기대하는게 있어서 아쉬움도 큰것 같아요

방과 화장실의 청소상태가 엉망입니다 수건에는 머리카락이 붙어있고, 테이블은 물걸레질도 안하는지 얼룩이 여러곳에 남아있습니다 침대보에는 피자국이 있습니다

기대하지 않았는데 꼭대기층 주셔서 전망이 좋았고 편의시설(특히 약국) 있어서 좋았어요 그런데 워터파크도 안 가고 스키도 못 타는 계절인데 피트니스 시설이 별로고 실내 수영장이 없어서 조금 실망했어요!
