$100 per day security deposit up to $500 will be collected upon check-in by hotel staff.

Resort includes on site parking. Ubers/Lyft and taxis are available on the casino level

Property includes 1 king bed and pull out couch, a bedding set for the pull out may be provided upon request for an additional $50 fee.

Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional $80 per night per guest will be added for more than 4 guests. Rollaway bed service is available for an additional one-time fee of $80.
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security


Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, or accompanied by someone who is 21 years old. The names given need to match the reservation.
