“Great place to stay and great location. Easy to access and lots of places nearby to visit. ”

“Needs more kitchen appliances, if you need a place to stay and don’t want/need to use kitchen much, it’s decent. Showers are fun, but make a mess and run out of hot water fast. Have a feeling sheets weren’t washed, but can’t prove it. We had to cut our Tahoe stay due to blizzard short, took our things to Reno and made the best of it. Close to airport. Reno is gross”

“First of all I want to point out the positive attributes. The place is clean and well maintained. It is decorated very nicely and lots of natural light which I love. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower with very good water pressure. Our first night the lady next door has 2 dogs and the little barked till 1230 am. I assume she came home from work and after that the neighborhood was super quiet. Now my only complaint is the OVERWHELMING smell of the carpet refresher I assume used by……

There was no welcome package or property guide upon arrival. We only received basic information, like the Wi-Fi password, after I proactively called management to request an email.Property Condition: The house is dated, particularly the carpeting upstairs. More importantly, the A/C was highly ineffective, making the stay uncomfortable.Unreasonable……
