“Everything was great. I do admit the Restaurant needs to do a better job at attending guest at the tables. It took about 15 minutes just to get ready to come to me. Also, the bed needs to be replaced one side you sink in and in the middle you don’t not sure if it’s broken or what’s going on with it. Other than that everything was pretty clean stuff in the hotel lobby were nice and helpful. I love the fact that the windows open a little bit to get some fresh air. The AC unit works amazing.”

“The kitchen was in the garage! The place was not set up to sleep four people. No living room or couch. MB bed was very uncomfortable.Then owner was attentive. There’s was one small frying pan, I asked for a bigger pan and she brought it over.”

“The door did not have a deadbolt lock and the swing-bar lock was missing a piece, so it could not be secured. The only door lock was the turn button. There was no in-room coffee, which was very disappointing. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Only small shampoos and tiny bar soap were supplied in the bathroom which barely lasted the two nights we stayed. I mistakenly left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door when we were out and about on Saturday, so our room could not be……

“Parking wasn’t great. We had to purchase remotes batteries for the living room TV. Rooms were clean. Nice dock for our boat. ”

“I was weary about cleanliness due to previous comments so I came prepared with my own cleaning supplies and was pleasantly surprised I did not have to use any of it, the place was clean and tidy! Everything in the kitchen was clean and beds even smelled great! The Village community is cute and the porch chairs are perfect for watching the family of birds having fun in the tall trees! The loft was a good fit for my teenage niece. It is a pleasant scenic drive to mt lassen for the day. I will……
