“Overall stay was good”

“Great location and amenities. Everything was as described.”

“Beautiful home in the perfect location! It was the perfect place for my family to stay. We loved it and will definitely be coming back!”

“This house is beautiful. Everything is comfortable and functional and the feel of the house is lovely. It's the perfect size and it's in excellent location in the arts district. It's great walkability to food and coffee bars and after dinner drinks. I'll stay here again!Thank you”

“Property very clean and spacious. Suitable for multiply people. ”

“The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy.……

“Absolutely beautiful home. So cozy, beautiful location with lovely view of the lake. Home has everything we needed. Host answered any questions we jad. Loved this home and location.”

“Very spacious beautiful home, It had 3 bedrooms with one room having 2 beds so 4 beds total. I went with my whole family and we had a very nice stay. We did have to make arrangements as this place only had one bathroom for 8 people but we knew that when we booked. The beds might need a bit updating but it is hard to find a one size fits all bed. otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would come here again.”
