"will not stay here again, staff was not helpful in answering a lot of questions, no compensation, rooms were not as expected. List goes on. Big parties get priority over other regular folk. They also charge you for checking in. Only hotel to do this and charge a resort fee."

"Just passing through from Arches and needed a place to crash. The ground floor casino smells of cigarette smoke and despair. The place is maze like and hard to find the rooms. The pool was closed for renovations so call ahead if that's an amenitie you're hoping for. Hotels.com says you're paying the resort fee, but you will be charged the fee at registration no matter what. The staff are nice. I'm sad for their lungs and health."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise, it looked very dated when we arrive but the room was very clean, clean bedding, towels and the view from my 15th floor room was EVERYTHING!. I will be staying here again. Thank you to the staff for a great experience at Plaza Resort Club."
