“Everything was very clean! The owners thought of everything. The rooms were very comfortable. Parking on site was great. We were offered breakfast for a small fee and it was very good. “The owners, Gianna and Mimmo, are wonderful hosts—so kind and a pleasure to chat with. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even gave us a ride into town, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious, the grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, and the pool made for a very relaxing stay. There are also massages available on the property, which added to the experience. Overall, superb quality and highly recommended for a peaceful countryside getaway.”

"The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
