Would highly recommend B&B Latina. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Luca has been a star helping us with the best food spots and any recommendation we asked him for. The other staff members (I didn't catch her name) were also fantastic, calling a taxi for us when we needed. The cleanliness of our room was also up to a high standard and the cleaners were super nice too. The star of the show was the ice machine that was highly appreciated in the summer heat. Great coffee too. Would highly recommend!

We arrived at 11:15 pm with a confirmed and fully paid reservation for two rooms, only to find the reception closed with no staff available. We were never informed that an online check-in was mandatory to access the property, and the booking information stated that reception was open until midnight. We spent a long time outside with three young children before leaving to another hotel. Better communication would have completely avoided this stressful situation. Very disappointing.

Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season.

I go to Latina at least 1 or 2 times a year for business so, due to the location, last year I booked this Hotel because the other one I used to go, it was under renovation. I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff, the hotel was practically new and surprisingly affordable, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. So, I went back already other 2 times taking also my Boss from US who has been very impressed.
