「we enjoyed the stay immensely! Breakfast offers good range of choices! Service if front desk staff is exceptional. Due the unfortunate situation that my friend had urgent medical need on a late Sunday afternoon, the lady staff helped to locate the hospital, hired the taxi and explained to the driver in Estonian to ensure we went to the correct place. She was on duty two days later and remembered to check if my friend is alright. Ww we're touched by this warm gesture.」

「Nice hotel to stay close to the city center, but be a bit out of parties areas. Easy to get to the Old Town by public transport or taking a 15-20 minutes stroll. Good that this hotel offers on-site parking by surcharge. Very convenient if you travel by car. Hotel staff was really welcoming. Breakfast is included and is quite good with some local food. Our room was clean and contained quite a lot of amenities like a safe, a minibar etc. Double bed was comfy and provided nice sleep. I would stay...
