"Everything was smooth and efficient "

"This was a really beautiful hotel in downtown Wurzburg. It was within walking distance of everything and they had access to a parking garage which was convenient. The only drawback was we could not get a good WiFi signal in our room on the 4th floor. There was a chair outside our door, which allowed us to sit and get access to the signal in the hallway, but this was a bit inconvenient. I think the walls were so thick that it was difficult for the signal to penetrate in the room. Otherwise our stay at this hotel was wonderful."

"In marketing it's services, the hotel promised they provided air conditioning. When I expressed concern about the room being around 30 degrees, the front desk suggested I did not understand German hotel norms. The next night a different employee at least acknowledged they had a problem and allowed me to move to a room where the window could be slightly opened. This is not the level of service expected from Marriott, and was far worse than any hotel in Germany I have ever visited. Germans are such a competent and considerate people, I don't know how this place survives."

"Property was very nice with a large room. Central location easy 10 minute walk from train station. Attractions are also an easy walk from the hotel. Room was clean and very quiet. I would stay here again. "

"Air condition was not working in the room. It was stiflingly hot, ended up sleeping with the window open and without covers. Were told by staff that it was on purpose (?) Unpleasant sewage smell coming from the sink."
