「The door is broken can’t lock whole night in middle of no where, no one help check in, no air ventilation need to open window , a lot of bug and mosquitos sleep with you. Where is the spa pool shown in the booking website?」

「We spent our children’s school break in Iceland—it was 2 families (10 people total; 6 of which are elementary / middle school kids). This house was perfectly situated for us to see all the highlights we’d mapped out, and had ample space for everyone to sleep and relax when at the house. The outdoor area was fantastic! Wonderful spot—this made our trip!」

「This place is 5 stars. We stayed at one of two cabin’s on Renate’s horse farm. Our cabin was located close enough to Selfoss, and Golden Circle, but far enough where you have a peaceful river, horses, and quiet. We read about how folks wished they had more time here, and made it a point to stay for three nights, so we could enjoy the cabin, land, and views on mornings and evenings after touring. 「Excellent location for access to the Golden Circle and the south shore of Iceland. Beautiful full kitchen. 15min drive to Selfoss for excellent dinning. This cottage was an excellent find. 」

「We chose this cabin for the cosy part of our winter trip to Iceland. We had the perfect time: aurora borealis dancing over the sky, while we were soaking in the hot pot, lake and mountains covered in snow. The house is so nicely designed, so cosy and lovely. 「The property was immaculately clean, and spacious. The cooktop is only two burners, but this is more than made up for by the Nespresso coffee maker, the microwave and bake oven, and a very well functioning Weber barbecue.We all enjoyed the sparkling, clean, hot tub.While a 20 minute drive from Selfoss, this location was perfect for us for tours to Grindvik, Geysir, Thingvellir, Vik and the multiple beautiful waterfalls.」

「The view from Stekkar is breathtaking! Farmland below, lots of horses and sheep, river, church, skyline of glacial mountains where the sun sets. We really enjoyed being in the countryside, relaxing environment.Enjoyed the hot tub multiple times. Beds were comfy, kitchen adequately stocked. WiFi good overall, especially with two twenty-somethings. We used the grill a couple times after visiting the Farmers market just down the road with great fresh produce and local meats.
