Weve stayed here before and had no issues, but this time completely opposite. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed the restroom was a mess. It looked as if they didn't clean it. Had to call to have someone come. We reserved a room with fridge but we didn't have one. They tried to charge us more money, luckily they didn't. When we turned sink on it backed up, wouldn't drain. Had to call for them to fix it. At this point I tried to request a different room but they couldn't because they were sold out. Manager was rude, and didn't care at all about our issues. There was another family also telling her about their issues and she was even worse with them. At one point she yelled at them told them if they aren't happy they can f@#$en check out!! Great customer service. After all this we decided to just go and have some fun. When we got back to shower, no hot water!! And I mean none at all. Yes we notified them again. We had other family staying there as well, and they also had similar issues. I had asked other guest if they had any issues, and yup they also were having some. I had enough and spoke to another employee about all the problems. This time she was so much nicer, very apologetic. She waived the resort fees. For that I'm thankful but we will never stay here again. Such a bummer because this was a great place before. We did have a great time in laughlin, enjoyed the river, lake and casinos.

There was no hot water from friday to sunday. Terrible customer service. For a lil more money you can stay at don Laughlins the riverside. We will not stay at the Tropicana again. Sad, because we loved staying at the trop before.

Our tv didn’t work. Our bathtub didn’t drain. Our hairdryer didn’t work and no body wash. At check in they have the kiosk which didn’t work as well.

We Did not have Hot water and we were not the only ones Others on the Elevator going down shared they did not...we took Ice cold showers the whole time ..Never had this happen before...And when walking min my room I kept stepping on staples from the carpet. I couldn't change my room because it was fully booked

Parking for check-in was extremely inconvenient. Cars were left unattended, blocking the driveway. No one offered to assist with our bags, and no bell carts were available. The front desk clerk did not give any instructions for finding our room or anything else.

This is an older establishment. It is clean and the staff are friendly and outgoing. Restaurant sevice is very good and the breakfast food is well prepared. Having an In and Out burger place next door is a huge plus. The room itself was clean and everything worked. Please note there is no microwave, no safe, and no mini fridge. The room consisted of the king bed, a 32" TV, a table and two chairs plus a dresser. I wish there had been some sort of recliner or cushioned chair. The bathoom was well lit and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Even a firefighter would have been impressed. The towels were fresh and the hair dryer worked. The Wi-Fi was poor at best. The system was taxed by all the laptops and phones in the building. The best time to check email was early in the morning when most are asleep. It would take a huge upgrade for this to be workable. I liked the snack bar pizza and the gift shop was well stocked. There were many vending machines with a variety of hot and cold snacks. Even some White Castle sliders. Overall, great people working in an older building.

Rooms did not get clean sheets or towels and there was not hot water. I stayed in a non smoking floor and there were people smoking weed, our floor smelled bad and we had small kids with us. Never staying here again. Front desk were rude when we brought it up to their attention.

Had a great time staying here. If you are a clean freak, I would bring your own cleaning supplies. It wasn’t horrible, but it’s not the best. The shower water is a little cold if you like hot water this is not the place for you. Staff is very friendly easy check in and check out.

The property needs a upgrade. Rhe room was dirty and outdated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I booked a luxury room. But apparently when you book. It is first come first serve with all there rooms. Will never stay there again. Dont recommend it
