"easy parking good service"

"In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos then. I have to stay in a room on level 3 to the end of my trip."

"All the staffs are so nice and friendly. Clean and tidy room. Keep refilling food even breakfast time almost over. Everything is excellent!"

"山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。"

"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. However, my window faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at night and a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"清理房間方面，其中有一天沒有打掃。但經理人很好，接到我們的電話就趕快上來處理，並把早上需要的飲用水及泡咖啡的鮮奶送上來，真的很謝謝他。"

"住宿環境整潔，風景優美，停車方便，入住退房簡單。但若要自煮，鍋具大部分都是鐵佛龍而且已經破損，僅有少數不鏽鋼鍋，因此可能有食安疑慮。"
