This stunning studio apartment exudes a dark and moody ambience, perfect for those seeking a sophisticated urban retreat. With luxury finishes throughout, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a sleek, modern space. Please note there is a lane up the side of the complex, at the rear of which is free parking.

We recommend you drop into the Relish Cafe right out the front, usually open Monday-Saturday for breakfast, lunch and magnificent coffee.

A vibrant, fully-licensed, suburban café serving quality food, great coffee, and a welcome smile. We are sure if you ask nicely they will bring you breakfast in bed!

There is a boutique licensed grocer directly opposite, Alps & Amici, usually open Monday-Saturday. Alps & Amici specialise in gourmet groceries and cryovac curries if you want to eat in.

Beautiful park lands are just up the street.

Luxurious hideaway

This studio unit was a delight to be in, beautifully decorated with attention to detail.Tucked away in a little suburban convenience centre with a cafe and there’s a gourmet food store over the road.Close enough to the city to walk (with a hill for a bit of daily cardio).

Modern & luxurious accomodation

Loved this apartment. Bed was comfy - could even be electronically tilted. Everything was sparkling clean and very modern. Only downside for me that it was a bit too dark for working inside during the day - there is some fabulous cafe seating straight out the door though, so I sat there and got a delicious cuppa at the same time.
