“The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.”

“Our family group of 15 from Ireland spent 5 days at this beautiful bastide in July 2025. The facilities are excellent for a large group, with three fridges and two dishwashers and bbq. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water in each bathroom. The pool was perfect, and again very clean and not over chlorinated. Parking space in the outer building was very good in the hot weather. The location is lovely and peaceful and very private. We would highly recommended this property……

“A lovely, cosy little oasis hidden in the back streets of the town, but just a 5 min walk to the heart of Bastide Saint Louis, and only 20 mins walk to the medieval Cite. Rooms nicely decorated, apartment very clean and well kept, kitchen well supplied, and with an excellent shower! Two supermarkets within 5 mins walk too, which we found very helpful. Recommended.”

“We had a wonderful 4 weeks in Raissac D’Aude.Pet friendly and secure . Spotless linen and towels . Any query’s we had were quickly rectified by a phone call or text to Mike .We thoroughly enjoyed the very spacious accommodation and the walks and cycle rides nearby . “Beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped spacious apartment in a perfect location between the Cité and Bastide — cafés and restaurants just steps away. “As other guest say the balcony is wonderful, and really enhances the space, which is quite tranquil. But also the location is very special. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and six days a week within 5 Minutes walk from old town restaurants and shops.
