「Owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located along the main road and is nearby known restaurants. The only problem is the low water pressure of the bidet and shower, but other than that, our stay was superb. They provide good breakfast, too. 」

「While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

「Un hôtel en construction où ils terminent les derniers bungalows. L'accueil et le service de Janice est irréprochable, mais l'hôtel est situé au milieu de nul part à 5 km de la ville une assurance pour le calme. Les chambres sont très petites, sans réfrigérateur, sans eau chaude, sans même une barre pour faire sécher les serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est fait par Janice mais le thé est absent. 」

「The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. 「This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
