Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

This property was very comfortable & charming, we were so comfortable we felt like we could stay forever. Beverly was was very accommodating and makes the best CC cookies. Proximity to all services in town were very near by. Would stay at this property again.

Beautiful and Quaint Cottage
This house was perfect for our 3 night stay in Laurel. It is just a tad too far for walking distance to downtown Laurel, but only a 5-6 minute drive and parking was never a problem downtown. Once we parked, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown. There are lots of shops and restaurants. Don't forget to go by Laurel's museum Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Just don't plan to shop after 5:00 pm or eat a late supper. Evenings can be spent walking the charming neighborhoods or relaxing on one of the 2 porches at the house. The house has been updated for the necessities but the original charm has not been changed. Beverly quickly responded to the few questions I had.

This house is a little gem! Loved that there was 1 1/2 baths as I was sharing with my gal pals. Bev was a great host and everything was as described ( actually even better). The property is just a short distance from downtown Laurel and I would definitely book again if I returned. Highly recommend!

Loved Laurel
This is the cutest little cottage. Clean and well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. Five minute drive to town. The owner stopped by with some fabulous cookies. Would definitely stay there again. Will not disappoint.
